The Tripp Family Portrait | Studio

2017 marked the 5th year of my Mum’s passing. It was a tough milestone for me. I also turned 40 five days after that anniversary. So to help me through, I decided to photograph all of my family. I did a few shoots in the studio over a few months, and I am so happy with the results.

Most recently, I had my sister-in-law, niece, nephew and my mother-in-law in the studio in March. It had been about 4 years since we had all been in a portrait together. Existing in photos is so important. Something I feel strongly about. If you’ve been on the fence about getting your family together, I say, don’t wait! Do it now. No one ever regrets taking those photos together <3
