I have been absent on my blog this summer. Shameful, I know, but in my own defence, I’ve been enjoying the short summer days with my kids. Now we are a few short weeks away from school, and shoots are starting to ramp up again. With that, I’ve realized I haven’t posted many of the family portrait shoots I’ve had the pleasure of doing over the past 6 weeks. Yikes. So I thought what session better to start with than Hallie and Viktor’s summer evening session!
It was a warm evening and the sky was bright with no clouds to be seen! They arrived with their gorgeous blended family, two boys and a girl. The kids get along like three peas in a pod. Cliche, and so true. They were so much fun to work with, laughing and joking. They went along with all my ideas and even offered me some ideas of their own. I love when kids are into their sessions and want to play along!
