I love engagement sessions!
I’d have to say that engagement sessions are one of my favourite things to photograph (oh, really, I love all kinds of photography, haha). But engagement sessions are lots of fun no only because I get to spend some time learning about my clients, as a couple and as individuals, but they get to learn more about me and how I work! It is so important to feel comfortable with your photographer on your wedding day, and scheduling an engagement session is a great way to break the ice ;)
I digress.
It was a gorgeous fall afternoon when I met up with Katelyn and Ron on Scugog Island. The sun was bright, the sky was pretty clear, the trees were starting to change colour and the weather was so warm. It was a last minute tease from summer ;) We spent nearly two hours working with the gorgeous light and talking about their upcoming wedding, how they met, and their sweet little 11 year old pup, Kobe. They were great to work with, up for anything!
The love they have for one another is evident, it’s clear they are a perfect match! I’m looking forward to working with them again on their wedding day in May 2015 :D
